Did you edit this image, if so what did you do and with what program? Yes the image was editied in Photoshop CS5. Adjusted WB (flash), fill light, clarity, spot adjustments, straightened image, 7×16 crop in camera raw and then in photoshop I adjusted the cruves and masked them out in certain spots, edit called freaky detail (masked), Lab Saturation and resampled the image (reduced pixels) to 1080 pixels tall for monitor.
Do you have any advice for our community of photographers? Alot of people are saying they have no chance winning these competitions as all the proffessional photographers win, well I’m an amature and it is possible so don’t give up, get out there and keep on trying.
