This full frame E-mount 16-35mm ZEISS Vario-Tessar zoom offers outstanding performance in a compact, lightweight package. A constant F4 maximum aperture facilitates exposure and depth-of-field control.

Wide-angle zoom

This lens provides impact over a useful wide-angle zoom range, with outstanding image quality, particularly when matched with a full-frame a7 series body. Additionally, AA (advanced aspherical), aspherical, and ED optical elements add up to superior corner-to-corner performance with low distortion and colour aberration. T coating minimizes flare and ghosting.

Constant aperture
Maximum aperture is F4 at all focal lengths so the user can zoom and shoot at any aperture without having to keep track of changes in exposure settings or depth of field. Further enhancing image quality, Optical SteadyShot™ image stabilization compensates for camera shake that can blur images when shooting handheld, for sharp, clear night scenes and low-light indoor shots.
