Directly charge your battery with the Nikon EH-7P AC Adapter. This adaptor allows users to charge the EN-EL15b rechargeable lithium-ion battery while the battery is inside the camera battery compartment. It can be plugged directly from a wall outlet. It works with select cameras, including the Nikon Z 30, Z 9, Z fc, Z 7, Z 6, Z 7II, Z 6II, Z 5, and D780.

The EH-7P cannot be used to charge an EN-EL15 or EN-EL15a Li-ion battery.
