To receive delivery instructions on print products please go to the print centre where you are ordering them from. Alternatively if you have ordered prints from your local store please call the store to obtain delivery information.

Where do we deliver to?
We only deliver within Australia using Australia Post's eParcel service.
Can you pick up your order?
Orders are not generally available for pick up, unless you nominated to pick up your order from your local store.
How long will it take for your order to arrive?
Order now for Christmas to avoid local delivery cut offs from our stores. Contact your local store if you have any queries. Click and collect is available in store.
All hardware deliveries (that are labelled Ships Immediately) are despatched from our Distribution Centre in Sydney, NSW and will take the following time depending on where you are in Australia:
- NSW - 1-2 business days (that are labelled Ships Immediately)
- Victoria - 2-3 business days (that are labelled Ships Immediately)
- Queensland - 2-4 business days (that are labelled Ships Immediately)
- South Australia - 3-4 business days (that are labelled Ships Immediately)
- Western Australia - 4-6+ business days (it may take over 6 days for some deliveries in the Kimberley region). (that are labelled Ships Immediately)
- Tasmania - 4 business days (that are labelled Ships Immediately)
- Northern Territory - 4-6+ days (it may take over 6 days for some deliveries to remote regions). (that are labelled Ships Immediately)
Please note: all times quoted as for the next business day and are based upon us receiving your order before midday Monday to Friday e.g. if your order is received before midday and you live in Sydney Metro, you should receive it the next business day, if you order after midday, it should arrive the business day after.

Print order delivery times will vary - please speak direct with your local Camera House store.
How much does it cost for your order to be delivered?
For orders under $99, we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for delivery, regardless of where you live in Australia. Orders over $99 are FREE delivery, except for our large and bulky Celestron telescopes, which have specific delivery rates based on the item and delivery address. Fees are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the Australia Post web site. Your order will be distributed by Australia Post and as part of your order communication from Camera House, you will be sent an email with your dispatch confirmation, which will include a tracking number for your package.
What if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. We can deliver to all business and residential addresses in Australia.
Anyone at the delivery address at the time of the delivery will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. If there is no one at the delivery address, a notification card will be left for collection at your local post office.
Changing your delivery details
Delivery address details of your order can be changed up to the point of dispatch. Please email us at support@camerahouse.com.au immediately to advise us of any change of delivery address. We regret that delivery details cannot be changed after your order has been dispatched from our Distribution Centre.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUTOFF DATES
To give your order the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas, order as early as you can. We advise you place your order before the following dates:
- Standard Shipping: Order by 16th December
- Express Shipping: Order by 18th December

Order Dispatch and Delivery Times
- In-stock items: Orders are typically dispatched within one business day.
- Peak periods (e.g., Christmas or major sales): Dispatch may take 2-3 business days due to high demand.
For low-stock items, dispatch times may be longer. If you need further information, please contact your local store.
Delivery Locations
We deliver only within Australia via Australia Post's eParcel service.
Order Pick-Up
If the product is in stock at your selected store, your order will usually be ready for pick-up within 2 hours. To use this option, make sure to select "Pick-Up In-Store" during the checkout process.
When collecting your order, please bring:
- Your order number
- A valid photo ID
These are required to release your order.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order via the Australia Post website. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email from Camera House with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number.
Missed Deliveries
To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend providing an address where you’ll be available during the day to sign for your parcel. Deliveries can be made to business or residential addresses.
If no one is available at the delivery address, a notification card will be left, allowing you to collect your parcel from your local post office.
Updating Delivery Details
You can update your delivery address before your order is dispatched by emailing us at support@camerahouse.com.au. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address cannot be made.
