It has 12 custom functions and is powered with four AA batteries or a separately sold CP-E4 battery pack. This macro ring light is compatible with wireless E-TTL when linked with Speedlite 600EX-RT flashes. It works with select Canon macro lenses, including Canon EF 50mm f/2.5 Compact Macro and EF-S 60mm f/2.8 Macro USM.
