Where do we deliver to?
We only deliver within Australia using Australia Post's eParcel service.

Please contact your local store for stock availability and pick up options.

How long will it take for your order to arrive?
All hardware deliveries (that are labelled Ships Immediately) are despatched from our Distribution Centre in Sydney, NSW and will take the following time depending on where you are in Australia:

• NSW - 20th December 2023
• Victoria - 20th December 2023
• Queensland - 18th December 2023
• South Australia - 18th December 2023
• Western Australia - 15th December 2023
• Tasmania - 15th December 2023
• Northern Territory - 15th December 2023
• ACT - 19th December 2023

How much does it cost for your order to be delivered?
Free regular shipping for ourder over $99 and we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $99 regardless of what you order, or where you live in Australia.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the Australia Post web site. Your order will be distributed by Australia Post and as part of your order communication from Camera House, you will be sent an email with your dispatch confirmation, which will include a tracking number for your package.
