The D6 is Nikon’s most powerful autofocus in Nikon’s History. The newly developed focusing system features 105 cross type autofocus points, creating a higher density focusing area with 10% overall increase in coverage over the D5. The D6 autofocus detection range is -4.5EV on the centre focus point and -4EV on all other points for exceptional low light focusing.

Faster Workflow

The D6 allows you to improve your workflow with faster image transfers. The D6 features dual CF Express Type B card slots with read/write speeds up to 3x faster than XQD, for faster file management. The D6 also has built-in Wi-Fi and WT-6 transmitters to also ensure quicker and more versatile methods of uploading your images.

The D6 is more durable than ever, it is heat-resistant, weather-resistant and dust-resistant, making it a robust companion. Extensive sealing across all buttons, dials and ports prevents dust and moisture from entering the camera body, providing the highest degree of weather resistance against the elements.
