Atomos Shogun CONNECT 7" Network-Connected HDR Video Monitor and Recorder offers a new, brighter HDR screen and a range of built-in interfaces. The 7" 1920 x 1200 touchscreen display boasts a brightness of 2000 cd/m². A loop-through 12G-SDI input and output interface supports SDI RAW recording. Both the HDMI and 12G-SDI connections can record, monitor, and transmit 4K video with ease. The Atomos Shogun CONNECT expands upon the HDR recording and monitoring capabilities of the Shogun by integrating cloud connectivity via its multiple wireless interfaces.

Monitor Assist Functions

3D LUT, Anamorphic de-squeeze, Cine frame guides, Display flip, False colour, Focus peaking, Frame grab, Grid markers, Isolate colour channel, Onion skin overlay, RGB parade, Safe areas, Social frame guides, Vectorscope, Waveform, Zebra, and Zoom.

Shogun Control

Auto HDMI trigger supports Canon, Sony, Atomos Open Standard. Camera selectable SDI trigger. Serial 2.5mm jack for LANC control and calibration with separately available USB to serial cable. Bluetooth LE control via AtomControl App for monitor assist functions. Wireless RF AirGlu remote start/stop trigger.

Dual Recording

Creates matching "hero" Apple ProRes, ProRes RAW, or Avid DHxHR/HD files to a "proxy" HEVC (H.265) file simultaneously. Proxy files can be uploaded during capture using ATOMOS transfer technology for immediate availability in the cloud post-recording.

Camera to Cloud Device

Fully integrated Frame.io camera to cloud device. With the support of HDMI and SDI-equipped cameras, it offers advanced online workflows and remote collaboration between filmmakers. Record, monitor, and share your work from one device.

Streaming Capabilities

Supports live streaming to Facebook Live, Twitch, and YouTube. Built-in Wi-Fi 6, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth LE, and the ability to join cellular hotspots.

CONNECT Upgrades

Features a new, brighter HDR screen and a range of built-in interfaces. Loop through 12G-SDI input/output for SDI RAW and HDMI support an expansive range of professional cinema, DSLR, and mirrorless cameras. ATOMOS AirGlu technology enables direct, long-range communication between devices up to 0.2 miles and wireless timecode lock.
