Panasonic Leica DG Macro Elmarit 45mm f/2.8 ASPH MEGA OIS Lens is great for macro shooting. It features a life-size 1:1 maximum magnification along with a minimum focusing distance of 5.9" to benefit working with close-up subjects. Boating on its optical design, the One extra-low dispersion element is used to control chromatic aberrations and colour fringing for enhanced clarity and colour accuracy. An aspherical element is offered in the optical design to reduce spherical aberration and distortion for enhanced resolution and sharpness. The individual elements have been multi-coated to greatly reduce lens flare and ghost effects for improved contrast when working in strong lighting environments.
