Using its own cold foot you can attach the 6863 to the top of your camera. Or, use the common 1/4"-20 threaded port (located in the base of the cold foot) to connect the 6863 to a tripod, light stand, studio clamp with a spigot, or Once mounted, you can connect all kinds of accessories such as spotlights, transceivers, on-camera LED lights, a microphone, and more to any of the 4 cold shoes on the 6863.
