This kit features a windshield and a microphone with an integrated Rycote® Lyre® based shock mounting system for better suspension and clearer sound capture. The microphone also has an integrated shock mounting, integrated foam screen, 3.5mm stereo mini-jack output (dual mono), and a camera shoe mount with 3/8” thread. It also has a filter and level controls for better audio capture. This battery-powered mic is capable of recording around 70 hours with a 9V battery. Meanwhile, the included DeadCat VMPR windshield helps to record clearer audio quality in windy environments.
