Its aperture ranges from the minimum F16 towards the maximum F1.7, and it has a circular diaphragm consisting of seven blades. Its lens composition includes three aspherical lens elements in its nine elements in seven groups construction. It offers a minimum focusing distance of 0.2m and a maximum magnification of about 0.1x or 0.2x in 35mm camera equivalent. It also provides a diagonal angle of view of 72 degrees and a filter size of 46mm. This lens measures about 36mm (from the tip of the lens to the base side of the lens mount) by 57.5mm in diameter and weighs approximately 115 grams without the accessories.
