The technical details behind this lens
The Panasonic Leica DG Summilux 12mm f/1.4 ASPH Lens is a wide-angle lens composed of 15 elements in 12 groups, including two aspherical lenses, an extra-low dispersion lens, and two ultra-extra-low dispersion lenses. This single focal length lens features a circular aperture diaphragm with nine blades, as well as a very bright f/1.4 aperture. It is designed with resistance to splash and dust; however, this resistance does not guarantee that a damage will not occur if the lens comes in direct contact with dust and water.
